Mar Egeo redefines the use of space in a three-level residence. The main challenge was the distribution of the areas: the first level houses the public areas, the second is dedicated to private spaces, and the third, a rooftop for social gatherings was created, which not only enhances the functionality of the home but also enriches the user's quality of life.

The monochromatic style, dominated by light neutral tones and subtle black accents, provides elegance and sobriety, while the clean lines and precise design reinforce a contemporary and timeless aesthetic.

The furniture is mostly Mexican-designed, with some imported pieces for lighting design. Mar Egeo demonstrates how intelligent design transforms spatial challenges into experiences of luxury and comfort.
